Souper Simple Red Lentil Soup


  • 1. Put chicken stock and lentils into a large sauce pan, bring to a boil on medium heat, reduce heat to simmer, cover pan and cook on very low for 20 min.
  • 2. In a separate skillet, sauté coconut oil, onion, and garlic till soft and translucent.
  • 3. Add onion and garlic to the cooked lentils, add cumin and cayenne, stir and enjoy.
