Shredded Chicken

This recipe is ridiculously easy, my children LOVE this chicken, and I cook it at least once a week.

Can be served with buns (preferably Ezekiel bread) and barbeque sauce and various fixings. I always serve this with a large salad of romaine, carrots, spinach and tomatoes and then top the salad with this chicken, a wonderful and healthy meal!


  • 1. Put raw chicken in crock pot, sprinkle 1/4 tsp of rub on each side of chicken breast
  • 2. Cook on low heat for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
  • 3. remove chicken from crock pot, shred or chop the chicken and serve.
