Raw Kale Chips


  • 1. Soak cashews overnight or for at least 2 hours, drain all the water out.
  • 2. Put all ingredients (EXCEPT KALE) into a Vitamix or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  • 3. Using your hands, massage creamy mixture onto kale pieces getting it inside the kale curls.
  • 4. Dehydrate at overnight at 105 overnight.
  • 5. Flip the kale and slide onto mesh screens and dehydrate until kale is very crispy.
