Nate’s Grass Fed Beef Sliders
Ingredients
- 1 lb of grass fed beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- A wonderful person willing to grill
- Variation: can add minced onion or red pepper to beef prior to "smacking" into patties
Instructions
- 1. Put beef in a bowl, "smack"/make into 4 circular patties, sprinkle salt and pepper on one side, grill, when you flip, salt and pepper the other side of the patties and finish grilling until medium.
- 2. Optional: Add 2 very thin slivers of grass fed cheddar cheese (call/comment me to order) Serve sliders with Grilled Veggies or Cauliflower au gratin
