Mediterranean Chicken

A new favorite recipe of mine compliments from one of my wellness clients…Thank You Chris


  • 1. Slightly brown chicken with coconut oil in a skillet (preferably an iron skillet)
  • 2. Put chicken and all other ingredients into crock pot and slow cook on low heat for 2 or more hours.
  • 3. Serve with organic brown rice or quinoa pilaf and a Greek salad
