Chicken with Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb of organic boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 large red pepper cut into slices
- 1 25 oz jar of organic pasta sauce (I prefer the Whole Foods Brand classic pasta sauce)
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients together into the crock pot, cook on low heat for 3 hours and serve with organic brown rice or organic brown rice pasta I always serve this with sautéed spinach with garlic (I lightly sauté my spinach for only 4 min on med / low heat)
