Life is busy, and always changing and I understand that trying to eat healthy and live green seems overwhelming to many people. But achieving a healthier and more balanced lifestyle does not have to be impossible. In fact, it can be simple, by making small changes every week, you can have BIG results.I have created this blog to share my experiences and knowledge on the pursuit for a healthy balanced life. My blogs will be diverse and discuss anything from nutrition to exercise and household products. It will highlight ways to save money, fuel your body properly, insights on how to avoid harmful substances and environments and alternative ways to heal and fight infections. Here is a little bit about me: I am a domestic engineer and homeschooling mother of 2, I have degrees in Anthropology and Psychology from Georgia State University, and I am a Stott Pilates instructor. I have been passionate about health and nutrition since 1994. I constantly research wellness, foods, nutritional products and companies, diets, diseases, supplements, vitamins and vaccines. I love to uncover both old and new ideas on how to heal the body and obtain optimal health. I pride myself on being “ridiculously frugal” (quoted by my loved ones). I am the go to person in my circle of friends and family for advice on nutrition, wellness, saving tips and buying and selling of goods.
I am a Wellness Educator and provide personalized consultations to assist others in achieving their specific, individualized health goals.
